The upsides are that you can get the MF3240 at an affordable price at Amazon, considering all of the features it comes with. It prints high quality text and decent graphics as you would expect of a high-end laser printer. It scans documents well enough for archiving purposes. The drawbacks, though, are minimal with the machine being a bit loud and the FAX function lacking some features. Also, the printer lacks double-sided printing and an automatic document feeder.
